Job description:
Working within the Client Services function based in the heart of the City of London. This role will be to act as the customer interface between understanding client’s system and business needs, to then communicating these requirements to the Effisoft technical development team in Paris and ensuring delivery of the solution to the client.
Candidate profile:
- Knowledge and practical experience of the Insurance and or Risk Management sector is a necessity. This may have been gained by working within an end user environment and will have instilled a strong practical knowledge of the industry practices and terminology
- Strong IT aptitude and or hands on experience
- Analysis and problem investigation skills
- Project planning and management
- An understanding of industry standard operating systems and associated technologies including internet working
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience of interfacing and influencing at all levels within internal and customer environments
- Understanding and commitment to managing service delivery to customers
